    CANCELLATION FOR PET SITTING AGREEMENTS

    Cancellations may be made via phone call to the Pet Sitter at 614-578-5193. When booking with Kates Pet Sitting LLC, we require that Pet Owners pay 25% of the invoice at time of booking. Bookings will NOT be held without 25% retainer fee . The 25% payment of the pet sitting retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE once the payment has been made. The full balance is NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.

    For any reason if you need to pick pet up earlier then booking you’re charged at the full rate originally booked and is non-refundable. For example, this includes but is not limited to if an owner returns home early and only needs 3 out of the 5 days scheduled. The full rate for 5 days will still be charged.

  • Yes. There is an extra fee of $10 per dog. If your boarding stay falls on holidays, please keep in mind holiday fees will apply per holiday.

    New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • Yes. For safety and liability reasons, all dogs staying with us will be in crates at night.

  • Dogs are required to be up to date on DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats are required to be up to date on FVRCP and Rabies vaccines. Vet records are required.

  • Your pet does not have to be spayed/neutered but a $60 a day up-charge will be applied. Unless vet note is provided and will be discussed case by case if so will only be a $60 fee added onto booking (not a daily rate)

  • We over basic baths, nail trims, and blow outs for an extra fee. See our Services for pricing.

  • Yes. Over an acre fully fenced in!

  • Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards are accepted.

Booking Notice

There is a non-refundable 25% retainer fee (daycare/boarding) in order to reserve your spot. The remainder of your balance is due at pickup.

Bookings made less than 72 hours in advance will have 25% of the entire booking added to the final invoice due.

If your stay falls on a holiday, a $10 fee will be applied per pet.

If your dog is aggressive or your would like your dog to have no interaction with other pets, a $60 fee will be applied. This fee applies for pets not spayed/neutered.
